I'm Michelle Sadden, and I work with small to mid-size businesses as a Fractional COO - stepping in as a senior operational partner without the overhead of a full-time hire.

I've spent over 20 years on the inside of complex organizations - Bennett Jones LLP, Miller Thomson LLP, Brookfield Properties, the University of Calgary, Starbucks, and others - building the people systems, operational infrastructure, and communication frameworks that let businesses run with clarity.

That experience is what I bring to your business.

I'm based in Calgary and work with Canadian businesses across the country, primarily in professional services: engineering firms, law practices, consulting companies, and oil and gas. 

My work falls across three areas - Business Operations, Employee Experience & HR, and Change Management & Internal Communications - but in practice, it usually starts wherever the pain is loudest.
