I help small to mid-size businesses stop spinning their wheels and start running like smooth, well-oiled (and happy) machines. Whether it’s employee engagement, retention, internal processes, or day-to-day operations—I’m the person you call when things need untangling and leveling up.
I started out in marketing, business development, and communications, building strong brands and fueling growth. But over time, I realized something big: your brand isn’t just for the outside world. It’s also how your people experience your company from the inside.
This insight led me down the path of employee relations, operational efficiency and change management, and now I bring it all together to help businesses create workplaces people actually want to be part of.
I start by asking better questions: What’s it really like to get hired here? Are we setting people up for success with great onboarding and development? Are our systems working for us—or against us? Do teams have the tools they need, and is communication as clear as we think it is?
