I started out in marketing, business development, and communications, building strong brands and fueling growth. But over time, I realized something big: your brand isn’t just for the outside world. It’s also how your people experience your company from the inside.
This insight led me down the path of employee relations, operational efficiency and change management, and now I bring it all together to help businesses create workplaces people actually want to be part of.
I start by asking better questions: What’s it really like to get hired here? Are we setting people up for success with great onboarding and development? Are our systems working for us—or against us? Do teams have the tools they need, and is communication as clear as we think it is?

I’ve had the chance to work with big names like Starbucks and Brookfield, navigate the fast-paced world of Canadian law firms, dive into academia at the University of Calgary, and soak up the energy at the always-buzzing Calgary Farmers’ Market. I even helped organize a global skills competition (hello, WorldSkills Canada!) and pulled off events for over 1,000 people—clipboards, walkie-talkies, the whole deal.
Through it all, one thing became clear: I thrive in the messy middle where growth is happening and things need structure yesterday.
My sweet spot? Helping small to mid-size organizations build practical, scalable processes that fuel momentum—without killing the vibe. I also bring a strong focus on employee relations, making sure people feel heard, supported, and set up for success as the business evolves.
